BALANCED, FRIENDLY OR STRICT ONE?

Teachers are maybe the most effective people in our life because they are the people who give direction to our life and who give a form to our personality. Most of us are choosing our jobs according to their guidance. This guidance also has an important role in our personal improvement. Sometimes they shows the way angrily and sometimes they choose to be one of our friends. According to their approach we can divide teachers into three groups: teachers who have strict rules, the ones who behave like one of our friends and teachers who have balanced relationship with their students.

The teacher type which is far behind is the teacher who has strict rules. This approach is not preferred in these days because a big number of students do not like these kinds of teachers and they do not want to have a lesson with this type of teacher. Students think these teachers who have strict rules are very repulsive, they can’t take students attention. On the other hand students are afraid of their teachers or sometimes students are discussing with them. In addition the thought of passing time in this lesson they do not learn, they do not listen their teacher.

Second teacher type is friendly one. These types of teachers are behaving like one of students’ friends. These teachers want to help students, they advise and learn students’ personal problems and generally they find a reasonable solution. They are very funny and also their lessons are very enjoyable. They teach in a funny way and as a result of that most of the students like them more than the other types because students feel like they are learning something from one of their peer and that makes learning more permanent.

Maybe the most preferred teacher type is balanced teacher. Sometimes they can be one of your friends and in time of course they becomes a teacher. But they are not too much strict and they do not have hard rules. They help you, they advise or they provide a solution to your problems but they also want you to respect them. They do not want to cut the lines between the student and teacher. They try to provide an equivalent balance between being a teacher and being a friend of their students.

In conclusion, being a strict teacher, friendly teacher or balanced teacher depends on your personality and also your preferences.  You can be one of them which you want but you should be determined and stable. If you behave not the way you have never been, students start to think that you are not consistent and they can lost their confidence. On the other hand they may try to appreciate your weakness whence, you should choose one of them determinedly and you should keep your strait course.
